A Senior leader- head of a Sales Training Company needed help to become more socially engaged by getting over the challenge of his personal Time and Prioritisation. Through a three-month coaching intervention, he became more active at social events and is now finely balancing Life and work successfully. At the end of six months, he saw the needle move substantially as he stuck to doing what he needed to for his desired goal.

We assisted a unit in a Manufacturing company to get their act together and work towards Alignment with other teams to help increase the efficiency and productivity of the Company.
